Manda Panda: Since I’ve had no choice but to give up all dairy and gluten from my diet, I’ve searched high and low for good cheese alternatives. What complicates things further is my husband, he can still eat everything, so it can make it more complicated to feed us both being that my diet is so restrictive and his isn’t. But this sauce makes things much simpler. I’ve used it to make chicken alfredo, which really tastes very similar to jarred Alfredo sauce. One day I was craving beef stroganoff, and my husband loves hamburger helper, so I used this with gluten free pasta, hamburger meat and dairy free shredded cheese, it was so yummy and hubby didn’t know that it wasn’t hamburger helper! This makes life much easier for me! I’m a lifetime buyer for sure!

Evan E.: Fake nacho cheese - A zesty cheese sauce with a tart finish pronouncing in the distant zesty after the creamy cheddar style flavor. I think other nacho cheese sauces do the tart ending. I do not enjoy a tart ending and i think i am not alone including because near me the nacho cheese sauce that seems to be popular from grocery store stock and positioning. I recommend a bowl that has at least 1 inch of sauce and microwaved to create a toasted top from cooking that fills near the full surface of the nacho cheese. I think cleaning will become more difficult if longer cooking is done. The cooking from the brands i have used decreases tartness, increases thickness, creates a warm sauce, turns the sauce into a "cheese lava", creates a infusion of fresh interactions to produce more flavor. I think a "butter dry cheddar - dry gouda?" heavy cream taste gives a opportunity to create a thicker nacho cheese boxed sauce before cooking that does not leave plastered cheese lava with tart implications stuck on the tongue. I enjoy a creamy sauce that is thick with a creamy finish.
