Amazon Customer: This product has worked well as an addition to the print station. It is very easy to set up and works as advertised. As in other reviews the lid has to be on correctly for it to function but once you figure it out it is easy. The cleaning station is great I love that I can store my solution right in the container with a tight fitting lid that keeps it from evaporating. Makes the 3D printing flow much faster.

RgarciaRgarcia: The media could not be loaded.  Requiere de calivración y preparación de varios temas (lavado, curado, extracción de gases, etc), adicional es algo lenta, una miniatura de 2cm tarda aproximadamente 2 horas y bastante ruidosa pero saca muy buenas impresiones para su precio.

Nunca he hecho impresiones 3d antes y mientras que no puedo decir que es "plug and play" tampoco pienso que sea una impresora dificil de utilizar si tienes conocimientos de computadoras, equipos industriales o equipos de corte

Recebendo a impressora, consegui realizar algumas impressões sem problemas, quase tudo funcionando perfeitamente, apenas alguns artefatos na tela touch, entrei em contato com os vendedores que prontamente resolveram o problema me enviando uma peça nova e sem custo pra substituição, agora além de imprimir perfeitamente, a tela também está funcionando bem.

It turns out that the first ld-002h that I received was faulty. On requesting an exchange, Amazon advance shipped me a new printer to make things easy. New print is great! For a newcomer to run into this kind of thing was really frustrating because I couldn’t tell if I was doing something wrong. But now that I have a properly functioning unit, it’s really great!

I was very excited about the LD-002H as it's a great price, looks cool, and is a great entry point into resin printers.
I'll revise my review after my replacement gets to me, but for now, I've been frustrated. At first I thought that I was using Chitubox incorrectly. All of my models were printing with what I think of as lilypads. These are large areas of exposure outside of the intended area that leave leaf planes on the outside and inside of the model. (see picture of demo object "sphere" print)
Perhaps I just got a random dud, but I haven't found other mentions of this type of print problems resulting from user error.

Ian Suhail Azzam: I have purchased this unit about a month ago and for curing it is excellent. However, I have not been able to utilize the washing feature due to the agitator fan not being able to spin properly, and I have adjusted and tried to fix this but never had any luck. The unit comes with a plastic wash bucket with a sealed lid. The locking tabs on the lid broke the second time I used them. So basically the washing feature was completely defective, in my case, but that doesn't seem to be an issue for everyone just luck of the draw. The curing feature works as intended! The machine is rather loud but tolerable. Overall, creality is a great company to start with for the price but that can come with a poor fit and finish end product, but for the most part very reliable.
