The issue we had was getting it to start working properly. It doesnt come with good instructions on how to set everything up you need to google and watch youtube videos to make sure you do everything required! Once set up the prints wouldn't stick to the glass bed, we flipped the bed so the tape side was up and that helped a little bit but still issues, my boyfriend found other people online using hairspray to get things to stick to the bed. He used my hairspray on the tape side and as long as he does it that way it prints great and sticks great! Definitely interesting working out all the kinks and getting it put together but once you have everything up and running the software is so easy to use! I highly recommend this printer for a beginner or someone wanting to get into 3d printing, patience is key.

To start of a little costly but let’s get Into it
Pros
1. Basically in my opinion it’s 50% built you basically just screw part frame A to part frame B lol and plug in wires really simple
2. Everything is included to print right out of the box no extras needed I mean unless you want other colors lol
3. Program and guide included on a cute tinny USB
4. Came with a glass bed
5. Really easy to use and print
6. You can leave it unattended I have for hrs and it works fine turns off after finishing the print I mean it turns the extruder and bed heat off but stays on the lcd screen
7. Print quality is depending on how fast and I guess how leveled the bed is I had a crappy test dog and then moved the print to the right sided adjusted a few things and the dog was fabulous
8. Free pla and heated...

3DPC: I've had several other printers in the $150-$700 range before, and it looks like I've found my new favorite. The build volume of 300x300x400 is among the biggest of any printer regardless of price, so getting it for $300-350 is an absolute bargain! The print quality is truly impressive compared to other printers I've had, and mine was also able to handle up to 70mm/s print speeds at 0.3mm layers just fine for functional parts. Only complaint is that some CR10 printers have a control board with an underspecced capacitor, which means the printer has a difficult time getting the nozzle past 225c. For me, I'm easily able to pick up a bigger capacitor and solder it on, but for those not comfortable with that, what you can do as a workaround is set your g-code to print at ~215c, then once the temp stabilizes and the print starts, adjust the nozzle temp to your desired setting. My printer came with an extra 0.4 nozzle tip which was a nice touch. Setting up / assembling the printer took about 30 minutes, super easy!

Christopher Rathbun: So understand from the beginning what you are buying and you'll be good to go. This is a zero frills workhorse printer. Large capacity for bigger prints. Handles multiple different materials. High quality prints with minimal setup.
Understand this is a smooth glass build surface. Prints will NOT stick to this without some type of assistance (I suggest glue stick) it does come with some textured masking tape which works very well. If you're going to keep going with masking tape be sure to buy the good stuff with rough texture. The smoother it is the worse it will adhere.
Aside from that this thing gets the job done. Very fast setup, good build quality, sturdy materials. While not recommended for a person who has never printed before it is a great midlevel printer.
Commit to the learning curve and it won't let you down.
