Rod: I’ve always had hard time finding a sweater what I don’t need to trim the bottom so my male dog’s pee won’t wet the sweater. This sweater is perfect. I didn’t have to alter and it’s a perfect fit. Also love the neck piece can be extended to cover his entire neck when it gets really cold.

Alberta girl 69: Fit perfectly on my 30 pound Cocker Spaniel. She hates clothes but seemed to tolerate this sweater as it is not too heavy. She was shaved and was shivering all the time and going outside in -30C. This helped!

Rachel Ott: I have ordered several Sweaters from other sellers, for my 11 lb. Dog. The size charts have consistently left a lot to be desired. I've had to sew to make them fit. I'm so tired of the hassle of returning things. If I can, I'll adjust to be able to use an item.

Not so with Pawchi. Today we received exactly what we ordered, using her measurements: 12" neck, 17" chest, and 12-15" back. A size small fits her perfectly. It does not have a chemical smell, either.

The price for size small is steady at $11.99, according to Honey, which is a bit more reasonable than most.

Since we just received this sweater today, I can't speak to how it will wear over time. I did try to stretch it with my hands, and it does not seem to be easily stretched. It seems pretty tightly woven. Time will tell, and if I'm wrong about the stretch I will update my review.

If only Amazon's search engine was more accurate, I might have found Pawchi earlier. I would much rather have purchased from Pawchi.
