Claudia G Schmid: I wanted this Tote to go back and forth to the gym, and using to stop at the store on my way home. Bag is attractive and well made of genuine leather. I found in insert a little strange, although it can be removed.
I returned the bag because it is a little heavier than I wanted and the handles were too short to stay on my shoulder.

Joel CGJoel CG: This bag is a beautiful soft leather tote that looks and feels far more expensive than it really is! I love the vibrant, deep red color, and the soft feel of the leather. It has an insert (removable) thay I removed to better suit my needs. I am very satisfied with my purchase and with the excellent quality of this item.

Nancy Lin: I had been using this tote bags for 2 weeks, the color is good. But the quality is so bad, the handle the fulling apart.
I don't know is it still possible to return it and refund back to me. Please advise. I am so disappoint to this.
