judith l.: For years I had a bad hip and limped. I started using this about 10 years ago and I take 2 a day. My veterninian put our collie dog on it when she had bad hips and it helped. I decided if it worked on our beloved collie it just might be the ticket for me. I like the caplet because it doesn't sit in my stomach and it resolves quickly. I have used other brands but always go back yo Cosine DS for joint health. Wish the price was a little cheaper.
