B. Details are so cute!
I would think this is great for LOW impact workouts- Pilates, yoga, barre. I don’t plan on using this for spin or a HIIT class. The sports bra doesn’t come padded. I bought a S in the sports bra and I love it but if I was any smaller chested I’m sure the actual stitching would give me pointers!
The leggings are soft but do have a longer crotch, not terribly noticeable on picture but I do have to pull up my leggings. I could’ve probably sized down to an XS for a more fitted feeling.
They are semi stretch but the material is thick so there isn’t much room for stretch, I am worried these will probably stretch a bit with use.

So, I was skeptical at first because nothing ever fits me right when I order online but THIS BRA IS AMAZING. I wear sports bra’s everyday and this is by far my favorite. It’s soft, fits great, medium support, good price, and it’s SO CUTE.

I wore this bra today during a 45 minute workout and it required no tugging or adjusting. None! The band STAYS IN PLACE. No folding, bunching, or riding up. Everything stayed in place and for once I could exercise without also worrying about what my stupid bra is doing. The straps are comfortable, and I love the keyhole in the back where they cross. When the workout got good and sweaty the band didn’t rub or irritate (which I’ve had happen with a lot of sports bras). Love the material and it’s well made. Will be buying a few more since good exercise bras can be so hard to find! I’m a 36D/38C, size M-L or 8-12 (I’m one of those in betweeners - if there was such a thing as an XM that would be me) I got this bra in a large and it’s perfect.

I wear a 36DD bra and I originally ordered a Large, but it was a little too snug. The XL is perfect. It's super comfortable, the fabric is very soft and a gorgeous deep teal colour, and the matching pants make such a cute set. I have worn it during pilates, barre, yoga, and boxing. It's definitely for medium-low impact, so I wouldn't suggest jogging or anything else too high-impact.

I have several sports bras from Lululemon, Athleta and Lorna Jane...this one is easily on par with them in terms of quality, support, and fit. The material is thick and supportive and the straps don’t dig in. I have a smaller bust but I’m nursing, so I’m currently extra picky about support and this bra was just fine for my high impact running. And many bonus points for the cute styling. Looks chic.
For those curious, the scallop design sits fine under a tank or t-shirt. The ruffle version of this bra is adorable, but does not sit flat under other garments.
