laura: I use this product because I have tendinitis from years of cleaning houses. When I first put it on, there was immediate relief of my elbow and forearm! It is hard to wear during the day as it doesn’t allow your elbow to bend. So I wear it at night or when I’m not working. This is an awesome product!!

Matt M.: I got the brace to assist in keeping arm straight during sleep (doctor recommendation). I'm not a sound sleeper so wake up a few times a night and each time I do the brace has slipped off. I tried it on bare skin and with a cloth sleeve under it, does not make a difference. Could be the size of my arm but it just does not work for me. It's very well made though and comfortable when worn, thus the 3/5 rating.

Tiffany Sommer: We have only had this brace for 5 days and it is already torn and the metal supports have broken through and fallen out. It was working fine, but does not hold up! I am now I need of something else that will hold up. As this injury is projected for another 5 weeks... :(

P. Higginbotham: The brace came with no instructions, so I looked at photos from the listing to get an idea how to align this on my arm. I discovered that the construction allows you to vary the degree of mobility you have while wearing it. Two opposing metal bands in the sleeve provide the support. If you want your elbow to be completely immobile you can position one of the bands directly against your elbow. If you rotate the sleeve a bit to move the band to the side it allows you to bend your arm a few degrees. I find the latter to be much more comfortable for sleeping, and it seems to give the same overall protection to the ulnar nerve.
I'm afraid to get it so tight that it interferes with circulation, so occasionally in the night it slips down my arm a bit and I have to pull it back up.
It is easy to put on myself, and construction seems quite good. Only time will tell how long the support bands will maintain their rigidity.

Brett Dehm: I am a stomach sleeper and I bend my arm under my head at night. So after my elbow surgery I kept doing this and my elbow was sore every morning. So I got this to try and keep my elbow straight at night. It works perfectly for what I needed. I thought it would be cumbersome and bother me at night, but it is soft and doesn’t make noise when moving around. Only thing I would say is to go smaller. I measured and fit in the L/Xl size range. However, I have to have someone help me hold it in place so I can Velcro it as tight as I can because it is to big.

Utkarsh Singh: I ordered this as I wanted an elbow brace with a bit of flexibility while sleeping/working on PC.
This design of this brace has a major flaw that will make it rotate in your arm while wearing it. There are no buckles so you can't strap them with one hand. Either require someone else to do it for you or come up with the solution of having it strapped all the time and sliding it up your forearm. The large is too loose even with respect to the measurement given in the
Product picture. Not recommended specially when it's twice as expensive as any other functional elbow strap.
