Jennifer M Lindner: This is made out of a material similar to what would be used for leggings. See-through leggings. It was too small for right (dominant) arm, which is larger than my left. I think my elbow is just just too damaged for this type of brace and it’s time for a dr. visit.
I tried it on my left arm, which has some slight off and on pain, but the brace didn’t work for that one either.

It is a really comfortable and breathable material, however. If you do try it, keep the packaging and leave the tag on just in case.

Joe: I do design drafting work and spend many hours on my computer, play drums and do a lot curls with free weights, if I have “tennis elbow” the symptoms have lessened greatly as I’ve been wearing this copper sleeve for a couple days now, and I immediately have felt the relief and can perform my tasks now with less pain and restrictions, I have my full range of movement back now as it really seems to be working. Hopefully my pain will permanently go away and keep my range of motion after healing from the benefits of using this great product.
I highly recommend the use of this well made nice looking product.

Dr S Manohar: I have a tennis elbow. It's not been helpful as a support while playing shuttle badminton. It's light and easy to wear . However not giving the needed support . Regular support braces seem more better and cost much less

neil a: After 2 months of use.
This product is very light so you hardly notice it's on. But don't let that fool you it has excellent heat retention and compression capabilities. I have been suffering with a forearm and elbow problem for 11 months and after 2 months of using this for sport or repetitive activities my forearm and elbow are almost back to normal again. It is a bit pricier than some others on the market but well worth it. the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it rolls over a little bit at the top and the logo peels off after a few weeks. But other than that s great item which has helped me a lot.

Thomas Brown: I have never purchased a product like this one before, but about three and a half weeks ago I hurt my elbow while working out. The main struggle I had with recovery was that I didn't want to stop working out despite the fact that my arm continued to hurt. I decided to look into getting a compression sleeve. Despite my 15inch arm falling into the X-Large range, I decided to go with the Large size instead. I am glad that I did. The sleeve offers just the right amount of support. It initially felt a little tight, but I have found that for the two weeks that I have had this, it stretched out a little bit and now feels perfect. I can't attest to whether the copper in this sleeve actually would influence the healing that takes place, but I can say that the support this offered made my arm feel much more comfortable while I was working out.

Initially I wore the sleeve all day and took it off to sleep at night. Now that I have recovered a little I find myself just wearing it to the gym. The sleeve has stretched a little bit from use, but still fits quite snugly. The band at the top of the sleeve is great at keeping it in place and prevents it from slipping down my arm. There are...

laal: So I've had rheumatoid arthritis for close to 15 years now and my elbow has become what seems to be a casualty of the disease. My last MRI showed nearly no cartilage left. Anyway, so it's been pretty crappy dealing with the pain and swelling. Although very skeptical, I bought this brace because...well...because I'm growing pretty desperate.

When I first received it, I was actually somewhat surprised about how thin it was. I slipped it on and it fit pretty tight which was to be expected. About 20 minutes into wearing it, my elbow began to hurt. I contemplated taking it off but I actually just ended up falling asleep with it on. When I woke up the next day, I felt noticeably better. The pain in my elbow was at a manageable level and the swelling was also lower. Its only been one day but so far so good.

Can I get the same effect with some other brace? Maybe. All I know is that I am at a much better place right now in regards to my pain level and I need to stop writing this review so I can enjoy the day!

Update: Its been 5 days since I started wearing the sleeve and so far so good. I have only taken it off to take showers and pretty much put it back on almost...
