Steven Martin: I really liked this pan from the first time I used it. Its non-stick coating was very slippery, its handle was comfy, and it heated evenly. After 3 months of being used several times per week, this pan is holding up really well. There are a few minor scratches visible but none that cause items to stick and no carbon build up like some more expensive pans had developed after similar usage.

Luc Rigaud: Après 2 mois à utiliser cette poêle je la trouve excellente au niveau de la répartition de la chaleur, la maniabilité, le poids.
Malheureusement le revêtement est très fragile.
Conseil pour faire durer au maximum le revêtement :
- privilégier les ustensiles en bois
- Évitez les viandes à os (côtes,...)
-elle se nettoye très bien, ne frottez pas trop fort lors du nettoyage.
-Évitez de mettre quelques choses dedans lorsque vous la rangez.

Declan BurnsDeclan Burns: Had the pan about 7 months now and while it gets regular use there are aspects to be aware of.

When used on an induction hob the heat is concentrated in the middle 5 inch circle, getting hotter moving towards the middle, and although the manufacturers advertise 'super conductive for even heat distribution" I would definitely not agree. This is not due to the coating degrading, it has always focused the heat through the central section of the pan. The advertising images seem to imply that the aluminium core and the induction base extend across the entire inner surface of the pan all the way out to the edge, the primary reason I was persuaded to make the purchase, and which if an electromagnetic current were passed through it, it should heat evenly to the edge. Perhaps the clue is in the advertising statement... 'super conductive' implying the edges heat up because they are next to the central section which is receiving the induction current i.e. heating by conduction. Perhaps when this unit is going to the bin at the end of its usefulness I'll dissect it to see the insides.

Nash: Works great! The "copper" just seems to be a finish, as it scratched off when I put another pan on top of it, but still works fine.

*UPDATE* Good customer service, they did contact me after my review to apologise and offer replacement or refund! I am by no means in need of a replacement, still works great to cook with, only concern was that the finish scratched so easily. Overall product otherwise is great!

jumpp: Ich muss gestehen, dass ich zunächst etwas skeptisch war bei einer Pfanne zu diesem geringen Preis (bei mir damals deutlich unter zwanzig Euro). Aber da es für einen vorübergehenden Zweitwohnsitz ein möglichst günstiges Modell sein sollte, habe ich zugegriffen und - wurde nicht enttäuscht.

Die Anti-Haft-Eigenschaften sind sehr gut. Zuhause nutze ich zwei Silit-Pfannen der Reihe „Durado“, die in puncto Anhaften deutlich weniger überzeugen können. Bei wenig Fettzugabe werden Speisen in der Cooksmark-Pfanne sogar schön braun und kross.

Ich nutze die Pfanne momentan auf einem Cerankochfeld. Mit der Wärmeaufnahme/-verteilung habe ich kein Problem. UPDATE: Mittlerweile nutze ich die Pfanne auf einem Induktionskochfeld. Im Vergleich zu anderen Pfannen ist die Hitzeübertragung spürbar schlechter, d.h. bei anderen Pfannen brutzelt es auf gleicher Stufe deutlich mehr.

In die Spülmaschine habe ich die Pfanne noch nicht gesteckt, obwohl sie laut Beschreibung angeblich spülmaschinenfest sein soll. Würde ich bei einer beschichteten Pfanne aber nie ausprobieren. Gehe davon aus, dass Spülen von Hand die Beschichtung länger intakt hält. Zum Schutz der...

CM: I remain a bit cautious - despite bagging this versatile-sized bargain copper pan - If I had known that any non-stick coating is synthetic and reactive even if it is PTFE (i.e. Teflon) and PFOA free, I would have invested in a 100% ceramic pan (I just read a blog by Rebecca Wood on toxic cookware) especially as I had concerns about the "Maxlon" ceramic coating, which I could not find any specific explanations (manufacturers/experts/scientists - can you please comment). I bought this to try out but I remain cautious - I plan to use, as long as I don't put it in the oven and I would take care not to scratch.
