powerful little oven. racks do not fit width of oven and fall down in oven. Door does not have spring hing to stop it from just falling open. good for quick items, frozen foods; not good for baking. Oven only worked for 3 months; then only worked intermittently. Thought the outlet was bad, replaced the outlet. Had to take oven out of service bc of it not working. Trying to get money back.
UPDATE: several emails sent and absolutely NO response from manufacturer and Amazon says too bad. DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN. !!

The outside finish is a hard porcelain type of coating that resists tough to clean food stains, grease and dust! The inside also resists baked on food and spilled meat juice with no problem. It’s very quiet operation is also a plus…for its size,it is very efficient and well insulated too.
