Carolyn: I use this to keep my concrete from growing moss and mildew. Hope it works. At least it should be easier to clean. Note that it is important to follow the directions about temperature and applying 2 coats. After it dries water beads up on the surface. This is normally applied on freshly cured concrete, but I applied late. Love how easy to apply and clean up. Just soap and water. Cleaned out of the pump sprayer fine.

Steve Siegfried: bought this sealer to use on our new patio, which is exposed aggregate. Went on pretty easy using a pump sprayer. I sprayed with a heavy mist and ended up having approximate coverage of about 100 sf per gallon. Finished the patio entirely then went back and gave it a second coat. Dried quickly but it was about 80 deg when I was doing this. Slightly slippery when finished but I think that will wear down with a few rain showers. Over all, I'd definitely use this product again

Boydo: One of those things that’s hard to know what’s in it, how long it will last, or how it will perform against other products. Not like paint you can see and touch. Kind of like flossing your teeth, you just do it because you’re supposed to. Went on easy, seemed to penetrate well, and surfaces beads water like crazy, at least in the short term.
