Compact Dual Brew Single Serve Coffee Maker from Amazon Basics: Enjoy Delicious Coffee at Home

Troy: Was looking for something like this at Walmart, but they no longer have any like this design. The price is a little high but these are really good coffee makers - the coffee tastes great - with either grounds or k-cup.
I'm returning a Keurig I got at Walmart for twice the price. Their new design makes watered down tasting ground coffee using either the keurig brand accessory for grounds or the other kind - it doesn't matter. Their little grounds containers are too small to compensate with extra grounds for decent coffee, and not sure that would even help.

Ebba Lytle: Although this little machine takes a few seconds longer to make a cup of coffee than some others... it makes that coffee well. Good tasting and very hot. Taking that few seconds longer means the water is actually utilizing the coffee grounds as it passes through. We love this little machine. It also takes up very little space on the counter and is really easy to use. Pour the amount of water you want (use the cup you're making coffee in to measure), put a pod into place, push the button... and about a minute and a half later, you get a good, hot cup of brew.

Wolfgang Mueller: This small coffee pot exceeded my expectations. I bought it for my RV. It brews a single 14 oz cup of K-cup OR regular ground coffee reasonably quickly. It’s a very simple appliance and has a small footprint so it’s perfect in my camper.
The first time I ran it it spit quite a bit of water out of 2 weep holes in the back even though I had made sure I didn’t overfill it. I decided I was going to tape over those holes but after a couple runs it completely quit splattering. Dunno if it was the heating element was too new and hot at first or what, but I didn’t have to address that issue again. I’m the only coffee drinker here and I’ve come to love it. Perfect size and it’s really a plus that it can use both k-cups and ordinary coffee.

Morgan A: It's the smallest keurig I could find at a low price. For that, it's exactly what I want. It takes a pretty long time to brew but that doesn't bother me. I took one star off because the place where you pour water in is awkward and small. Hard to pour the water in without some spillage since I use the cup that I'm drinking out of so I get the right amount each time. Still a decent product for the price so far. I'll let you know if it's durable over time.

Adam M: Being too cheap to buy a Keurig, as I don't drink coffee a whole ton, I decided to get one of these. A few months in, it hasn't been a terrible experience. It works as expected and is super easy to use. I did have a problem where it apparently dumped its water when not in use, not sure where it leaked from but came to a kitchen counter soaked in water. But it's only happened once and I've since emptied the reservoir after using it.

WiseWoman: I opted for this single cup capsule coffee maker at a deep discount, which makes it approximately a quarter of the price of the most well known name brand.
It's very simple to use. I can use either a K cup or the reusable cup that comes with the machine. There is no reservoir. The water you pour in is the water you are going to get out, from 6 to 14 ounces.
I opted for a 10 ounce cup and placed 2 tablespoons of grounds in the reusable cup. It takes a few minutes to receive a cup of coffee. The temperature of the coffee upon completion was just under 180 degrees.
The results were a little light for my taste so I will use a little more coffee from now on. But it was a pleasant cup.
This little guy is not a work horse. It needs a breather between cups.
My plan is to take this to my workplace, so I can keep my coffee-snobbery to myself and have a fresh cup of something stronger than the dishwater available in the break room. NOTE: Amazon Basic makes a larger version of this machine that does have a reservoir for multi cup use, and a couple other neat features. ForGotMyName: This coffee kcup machine does what it supposed to do, make a cup of coffee. It isn’t very big and not to bad in terms of loudness. You put in the amount of water you want and press the button to start the machine , whatever amount of water you put in will come out the other side. 1 cup of coffee at a time. The amount of coffee you get depends on the amount of water you put in. Would I buy it again ? Yes it’s what I needed. If you have a family then get a bigger machine that can make multiple cups of coffee. Overall it’s a good machine
