Darlene C: I have a size medium which is a bit big so that my dog slipped out. So I ordered the small size and it’s so small that the Velcro ends don’t even meet. Too much difference in sizes. Doesn’t make sense. It’s too bad because it’s soft and comfortable to wear.

Grace Jeffrey: The harness is super cute and secure with Velcro and buckle. I ordered one that fit a little snug on my little shih tzu and contacted the seller, they got back to me right away and replaced it within two days with another one the next size up. No hassle at all. Would definitely recommend!

Amazon Customer: Got this for one of my newly adopted furbabies. I have 3 chihuahuas, Honey is a 13yr old chi/terrier, and I just rescued Lucy a longhaired chi who’s a bit bigger than honey but not as tall she just has a sturdy body and wide shoulders looks like a golden retriever got smooshed not a chi, she is bonded to her “sister” Bella who I rescued as well but she’s an itty bitty thing barely 6lbs. All the extra harnesses I had Lucy was able to escape from, even her foster said she could not find a new harness that she would not slip out of. None fit her at pet smart so decided to try Amazon…and omg it’s perfect for her she can not wiggle out of it but it’s soft and not too tight. Im ordering the smallest one for my Bella and of course for Honey Bunny

Maria Michaels: This is a very well-made harness & leash set and very comfortable for my puppy. Ordered size small according to chart measurements but it was too small. Called the company and they immediately sent me the next size which does fit perfectly. They did not charge me for the second one & did not want the original returned. Great product! Great customer Service! When puppy grows into the next size will definitely order from them again! Highly recommend!

Christine Gehrer: UPDATE: This harness was so great that, when my puppy outgrew the current one, I ordered the next size up. I just ordered the L and, as with the other two, it came very quickly. I have had no issues with fabric durability or any Velcro issues. My puppy loves this harness. It’s super easy to get on and it’s very secure, while also breathable. I’m hoping puppy stops growing soon, because there’s only one more size we can go up in this harness, and I don’t want to ever change brands.
This is a great harness, but runs small. I ordered a small for my puppy according to their size chart. I couldn’t get the Velcro closed. I contacted the seller and she immediately sent me a medium, which I got two days later. No charge and I didn’t have to return the old one. When puppy puts on a few more pounds, I will definitely order from here again.

Maria: I want to take the time and thank you for going above and beyond with my order. I never thought by just sending my review, I was going to get excellent customer service and a replacement; When ordering my little ones harness, we thought he was going to be a little one and that was the reason we bought a small size, little did we know, he grew in even that time we received our harness we purchase :) But we, kind off made it work, but after couple more weeks he grew even more and the harness was getting tighter then we just decided to not use it any more. We were about to cut sides to expand; So, it was a great thing to reach out to this amazing Customer Service. I let them know, what had happened, they reply within a day and follow the process for the solution without any questions, nor rudeness. Just plain problem solving!!!!
New harness has arrived and our little one loves it. It's a tap big but we adjusted to fit while he continues to grow and enjoy the freedom of not having to pull his little neck. Love the material am able to hand wash it or just throw in the washer and air dry.

Junebug: Pros: The bright orange harness vest helps my tiny black dog be more visible. Much easier to put on and softer than his step in harness. It doesn't make him itch like the his other harness does.
Cons: Just barely a con. I love this harness! The XS seems to run a little small. I have a 4 pound Pomeranian puppy! His chest measures 11.5 inches. It's too tight.
I bought it again, the next size up, because I love it. What a great price, and it's nice that it comes with a leash.
