Colzer 12 Inch 18 Bottle Elegant Wine Cooler Refrigerator

Grace: The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this cooler on May 23rd, 2023, and received May 25, 2023, and I have been using it since then...
I liked the style of the cooler and it worked well few months. A $500 wine cooler is not a cheap price tag, and I was expecting to go for at least a few years.

Starting two weeks ago, the cooler making a rattling sound [See the video], and the temperature won't go down below 64 degrees the noise is pretty loud and units is not usable.

First of all, I cannot contact the seller, or there needs to be more information regarding the warranty. As buyer, we are expecting to have at least one year of manufacture warranty, but I need to figure out how and where I can get the warranty of services through the seller or anyone.

So, I contacted Amazon for help and I am waiting for what the seller would say about this issue.

I will update the review if there is any progress.

SteveGSteveG: This is an excellent wine fridge. Has good capacity, and design. You should keep to standard size bottles or you have to adjust shelves, which is easy to do. Bottom shelf is large enough for larger bottles also. Very quiet, and easy controls to adjust. I have a Colzer air cleaner and that also is a great product.

Art Jain: Well designed product for the price. Good exterior finish. In the first delivery the packaging was damaged. Returned and received replacement within few days, courtesy of Amazon- Thanks you!
Pros:
Quiet, temp. accuracy is within 1 degree F of setting.
Cons:
packaging is well conceived but not adequate for export. Materials are weak. Bottom tray should be wood, not a plastic tray, and foam to support the weight, the major culprit in shipment damage.
The shelves are well designed but the bottles roll from side to side. Should have higher ribs for separation in between or bottle shape conforming shelves, as other mfrs. wire racks do. Shelf spacing too tight, not adjustable in smaller increments. Shelves do not have roller sliders (as described in manual) but slide on metal grooves.
Display can not be seen standing up.
Blue LED lights illumination not well distributed.
This product has so much potential to improve with only minor improvements mentioned above, if the mfr. heeds these recommendations. I kept the product suspecting that all other brands in this price range, all made in China, are likely to have similar issues, based on my experience.

Dan MitchellDan Mitchell: We have this wine cooler now since two weeks and it's a full success and the whole family loves the extra space for the drinks, which was heavily needed. Never expected that a wine cooler can really be such a beauty and quiet, so it even fits beside our TV (which was the only place where we had space for it), but it works perfectly. The cooler arrived in perfect condition and it was easy to set-up in 5 minutes with just the handle to screw to the door. I was a bit scared about the uneven floor we have, but the feet are very adjustable, so it was not a problem at all and now it sits tight beside the TV and brings some classy style to our living room with the beautiful blue light every night. It's easy to load and there's really a lot, which fits into this small cooler. Definitely more than I expected. After having the door opened for a few seconds, the fog does almost instantly go away and I haven't noticed any freezing at all in the back, which was always a huge problem with our old cooler and what's also much better here, is that it can be set to same low temperature for the whole cooler as a normal fridge and that the shelves can be pulled out to manage the drinks. Sunrise Circle: The media could not be loaded.  This wine cooler is Even better then I imagined it would be , I have been shopping around for a new built in wine cooler for my mother for about a month now. Really wanted something high quality looking, but was not trying to break the bank. Local appliance stores were asking nearly twice the price of this for something comparable.
ITS just absolutely GORGEOUS!! The beautiful wooden shelves glide so smoothly and effortlessly and are very high quality wood. I’m sure it’s going to last for many years to come!!
The whole wine cooler just has quality written all over it. It’s Sleek , modern design fits her contemporary kitchen perfectly!
Perfect temperature for red wine, very easy to operate, and the blue light was an added bonus, She absolutely adores it!! I was also very impressed with how nicely it was packaged. There was absolutely no way that this wine cooler was going to be damaged in transit. A perfect amount of protection foam was added to the box.
Highly impressed, highly recommended, Very happy customer!!
