Da ich schon Columbia Schuhe hatte, konnte ich mir die Größe anhand derer auswählen und Sie passen.
Habe sie mir zugelegt, da mein altes Paar nach einem Jahr und täglichen Gassirunden von 10km ihren Geist aufgegeben haben. Das Wildleder macht echt was her und macht den Schuh, schon fast zu nem Hingucker. Aber nicht nur optisch ist der Schuh klasse, sondern auch die beschrieben Eigenschaften erfüllen ihren Zweck. Der Fuß bleibt trocken, sofern man keinen Bach durchwatet :)

Fazit: Sollte es wieder dieses Angebot geben, werde ich wieder zuigreifen!

Dennis84: Größe entsprechend gängiger anderer Marken. Passform normaler Fuß, tendenz zum Schmalen. Wintertauglichkeit nur teilweise gegeben, Sohle und Außenmaterial sehr gut. Bin aber eher dabei diesen Schuh als Frühlings/Herbst Modell zu bezeichnen. Qualität allgemein, ein solider sehr leichter Freizeitschuh der die eine oder andere Wegstrecke in leichtem Gelände bewältigen kann. Sehe ihn aber eher als „von a nach b komm Schuh bei Sauerländer Rotzwetter“ Wenn jemand auf der Suche nach einem Wanderschuh ist sollte er sich bei anderen Herstellern umschauen. Dort bekommt man für 20 Prozent mehr oder in der Abteilung „ Auslaufmodell“ was geeigneteres.

Le scarpe sono impermeabili in caso di pioggia e rimangono asciutte all'interno.

paul allain: Un grand confort pour le pied, légère et agréable même après une longue journée. Tester sous la pluie aussi pendant la tempête et la seule chose qui et rester sec sur moi sont bien les chaussettes....je valide aussi l'aspect étanche. Je recommande vivement à tous marcheurs, rando ou autres.

CloppyhorseCloppyhorse: These boots are really comfortable and pretty water resistant. The hooks at the upper make them easy to put on/take off without untying. The shoelaces don't generally have a great life and I've replaced them with indestructible laces. My biggest complaint is that for limited hard use and mostly indoor work on commercial grade carpet, the soles only last about a year before they become hazardous on slippery surfaces. Attached pic for wear against the ones I just bought a year later.
I ended up buying them again because the price went down a little more.

Ann Larsen: Love the boots. Great value for cost relative to other products out there. I just received my second pair. I wore the first pair for a little over a year. Could wear them still, but worn enough to no longer be as comfortable. Love that they're essentially waterproof, good for hiking, have used them as a light-duty work boot, not bad in the snow for at least part of the winter, though not a real snow boot. On the slightly negative side, I never have to get a wide shoe/boot except with these. My original ones were wide sized and fit more like a "normal" width. I made a mistake on ordering and had to return one pair, but got that quickly corrected by ordering another in Wide. I'm very glad Amazon makes this as easy as can be.

AurelioS: Columbia products have never let me down and these did not disappoint.

I bought these specifically for a trip to Colorado. I was worried that they were not going to fit or be painful, but that was not the case. They arrived several days before my trip and wearing them around town, they felt very comfortable. In Colorado, we did lots of activities, including climbing a very, rocky mountain peak, hiking trails and horseback riding. These boots never disappointed in, both, comfort and safety! And my GenZ daughter thought they were stylish with jeans and a plaid button-down when we'd hit the town later.

I've only owned them for 2 months so time will tell f they endure, but I fully expect them to! I like that they are weatherproof, as I also needed boots for clearing snow, and now I have a pair!

And I found the price very fair considering the quality, comfort and brand-recognition.

IvanIvan: Llevo 3 meses con estas botas y he andado con ellas un total de unos 100 kilómetros el último recorrido que hice fue en un rancho y las llene todas de lodo, han salido buenas pero el tema es la suela,tienen buen agarre pero si tienden a desgastarse algo rápido, adquirí otro modelo de la misma marca en Estados Unidos y si pude notar diferencia de la calidad de materiales desconozco el motivo si se supone que estas también vienen de Eua, al ritmo que voy considero que estas botas duran aproximadamente unos 8 meses a un ritmo de trabajo duro, espero les sirva esta opinión para decidir sus nuevas botas de senderismo, son muy cómodas pero considero que no son de mucho aguante máximo un año más que nada por la suela, les doy un 10

Deep Blue Vision: I've worn various shoes/boots bearing the Columbia marque for ten or twelve years now. My job has me on my feet 8-10 hours a day constantly walking back and forth. I started off wearing regular low-cut walking/hiking shoes but quickly changed to the mid-boot style for better ankle support. I've worn both the Crestwood and Redmond varieties and both worked well. Both styles lasted me about 18 months but invariably, because of their construction combined with choice of materials, ultimately wore out at the same place... where the toe-box flexes by the ball of your foot. The woven fabric material inevitably developed holes at this point.... no matter how well I took care of them.

I recently decided to try these Newton Ridge Plus IIs and am quite surprised. They looked a bit "clunky" in the photos but they fit like a dream. I've never had a shoe/boot fit so well and they're much lighter than what they look like in photos.

I wanted an all-around waterproof boot that will hold up to winter weather... doing chores... going food shopping... general work-day use and these look like they'll fill the bill... time will tell. If they wear as well as they fit, they're my choice...
