Steve: Had to do my research. Even though it's an English product, this is just like the HOT mustard you get in a Chinese restaurant. The important trick is to use cold, cold water on the powder when preparing. The reaction is opposite. No hot or warm water. I actually let an ice cube melt on it. Get your nose ready.

Lisa Smith: Best mustard powder - Colmans is the best! Use for making pulled pork. Comes in a nice tin for easy storage & keeps fresh. Good store cupboard essential. Buy a larger size as better value for money.

Amazon Customer: I couldn't find this dry mustard at my local grocery store so I was thrilled Amazon carries it. I find it adds much more flavor to the dry rubs I use it for than other brands.

N: This is a good mustard powder. I've tried a few others, and I think this is the best. I used a previous Colman's box a couple of months after the expiry date, and it was still perfectly fine.

Andy Dufresne: Great flavour for making sandwiches n I add it to mayo along with minced garlic n chopped romaine lettuce n yoghurt. Very flavorful n tangy and addictive. Actually it's a powdered mustard n use less in quantity like 1tsp to any mayo or make fresh homemade mayo with this colmans mustard n it's delicious with white wine vinegar to go for it.
