EdoMedo: Adoro il sapore della senape e questa non è molto forte, quindi la utilizzo molto spesso, sia quando cucino la carne che nella pasta al forno che in diversi tipi di salse. Il sapore leggermente amaro riesce a farmi apprezzare maggiormente anche le verdure al vapore o cotte in padella, come zucchine, carote e tutto ciò che ha un sapore dolciastro. Davvero buona!

Mike: I read some recipes that said this is similar to spicy mustard you get with good Chinese food. They were right! I make a paste with this and rice wine vinegar, it’s perfect for dipping egg rolls and wontons.

My store-brand mustard powder I was able to find before was just not very good, and seemed like it went stale or old very quickly. So far this is a good flavor upgrade.
