Amazon Customer: I love this mustard - has a horseradish type of heat to it. Very flavourful. The only reason I removed a star is because the jars were technically already expired. I have kept mustard for years after their expiry date, and they've been just fine. I have no fear with this product, nor will it be in the fridge very long, as I put it on everything.
