Nuestra Senora del Carmen: The chorizo, salchichón and jamón serrano are extremely authentic-tasting for being made outside Spain. This is my treat to myself served with good French bread, olives and Manchego cheese!

Debbie Lee Wesselmann: I got this variety pack Colameco's Spanish meats as a substitute for the Italian meats I had ordered, and I may like this version even better. My husband and I like to have a casual dinner of a cheese-and-meat board every couple of weeks that we pair with a nice bottle of wine. This vacuum-packed tray includes salchichon (similar to salami), serrano ham (similar to prosciutto), and chorizo (similar to capocollo, but more spicy.) Each meat complements the others by providing a different taste. Although 6 ounces doesn't seem like a lot, it adds more than enough meat to my board.
