Impressive: I love the idea of getting up in the morning with a cuppa coffee and do my coffee self talk. Kristen has techniques that I can apply and make my own self talks to fit my needs and goals. I feel this book has helped me to learn about affirmations and how to apply them and how they work. It truly does only take about five minutes a day, depending on how many affirmations you have to say to yourself or out loud. I’m working on a couple of things that I do want to change my old habits and bring in new habits. This book has been so helpful. It is a good guide. I also got the book “ Tea Time Self-Self. Thank you, Kristen, this is an amazing book.

Michelle: The author uses famous and not as famous quotes to get you to think about the current topic of each chapter on the road towards improvement for your current place in life. Always remember that change takes action towards the goals you set. If you need help, search out trusted individuals in your social circle or faith organization, as well as knowing by instinct when to walk away from people whom you considered as "TRUSTED" because sometimes they may not be helpful in making progress on your path.

Lisa Cipriani: Simply put, this book is an effective and approachable resource to introduce positive self-talk. Somehow, in less than 200 pages, the author has managed to pack this book to the brim with content that is both motivational and instructional. Even if you are already familiar with self-talk as a daily practice, there is so much to love about this book. The ready-made scripts are excellent as is, but also serve as great guides for creating your own personalized scripts. I know I will be returning to the pages of this book again and again as I work to add coffee self-talk to my daily routine.

Irit: When I came across this book only several weeks ago, I was at a low point. I had little energy and couldn’t get myself motivated to actually do the things I wanted. The idea of coffee self talk seemed easy enough, so I bought to book and started. I mean, I do love my morning coffee and a few minutes a day does not require any special willpower. Fast forward only a few weeks and wow, I’m in a completely different place! I am doing all these things that seemed so daunting before, it’s true, self love is the key!,, so, if you believe in magic give this a try! ( and if you don’t, don’t even bother. You can continue living your small life and hang on to all that bitterness… ) I myself decided to take the leap of faith , and all I can say is thank goodness I found this when I did ! For me it’s the key, the boost to all the other more serious commitments on my journey to fully expressing myself and living the life of my dreams !

Melanie S: I have a problem with depression and a lot of pain on a daily basis. I’ve had 5 surgeries on my spine and have a hard time with dwelling on the pain and the negativity that comes with that. First I bought this book and I loved it so much that I bought the audiobook on Audible and just ordered 4 of her other books that are on the same subject. She narrates the audiobook as well and she is an awesome narrator! There was none of the robotic or dry speech you get with some of the other audiobooks.
I love that she explains how to do the self talk, what her self talk looks like and many, many scripts on different subjects. My favorite one was about living a magical life. I feel like I’m almost on a high when I read it and I don’t feel the pain or the depression.

Nothing, of course, is a magic pill, but this gives me a tool to get out of misery. I write down some of the affirmations in the morning that really resonate with me that day and I do my best to put them on repeat in my brain. The more I do it, the better I feel I and am able to be much more productive throughout the day. I just have to keep focusing on the positive and it really does help with the pain and...

Linda Pascoe: This book is phenomenal, it has given me back my zest of life, helped me drop my self limiting sabotaging barriers I'd placed around myself!
I've become more confident in my personal life and business life, this book is a must read.
When you read this book, you need to just read and do without question, leave your doubt at the door. Because if you do it will help you tap into the power that's right inside you! The magic is already there, you just need to believe and unlock it!
Couple of examples of how it's helped me, I'm a nervous driver, I've put together a positive affirmation about how much I love driving and, how safe I am, how confident, focused, and that I love exploring as its exciting.
I went on a long journey with my husband, I always do this journey mentally in my head as I want to be able to do it one day.
Well I caught myself in a moment, I was focused, I instinctively knew which lane to be in and most importantly I was blooming excited instead of crippled with anxiety! That was a first for me, I'd been saying those affirmations for about 3 weeks beforehand.
