PG 2Oh's: This is a very good sauce for low and slow roasted brisket. Two cups of the marinade over a brisket seasoned with a light dusting of cayenne pepper over the fat layer. Roasted at about 250 degrees for about 12 hours, tender and juicy!

SEE: This is a unique brisket marinade. Not a typical BBQ. When cooked in the oven, the marinade mellows into a rich taste.

Jonquack: The taste of anything marinated in this stuff is amazing. You don't need a lot and the one gallon jug will last for a very long time! I will always have this stuff on hand and people rave about the taste!
