MLeeMLee: I like these as I have black wheels, black center caps with chrome lug nuts. I didn't want anything other than the snap in or pull to insert style. They last a long long time and are durable.
What I especially liked was how short these were. I wanted unobtrusive and short and that's what they were, really short. Nice! I LIKE IT.

Stanley Kohl;: Reviews here are mixed from various products, but at least the item is mentioned on the line marked "size," here the 5-pack of TR414 valve stems. Five of these seemed excessive, since I just had one tire on my 2007 Subaru that went flat due to a cracked stem, but the price was right. These were nearly the same as the old ones, other than being marked "CHINA" instead of "JAPAN" and that the rubber was still "live." They also include the valve cores. Installing the stem in the rim was easy, with a little soap for lubricant. Eventually (not a trivial task with the equipment I had) I was able to get the tire back on the rim, and all was well, no leaks. Then I found the second tire with a cracked stem. And after only 13 years of use. Yes, I was glad there were five stems in the package.
Update 9 July 2021: So far no leaks, but since Amazon has deleted the "comments" on reviews I feel I should respond to the one complaining about the valve stems being made in China and breaking after a year, then noting the parts were installed using a "silicone spray." These, and likely even valve stems that are not made in China, are made with EPDM Rubber, which according to the Wikipedia...
