kylie carreno: Love this stretching pad. Comes with velcro. The pad was a little folded therefore didn't stay on one stick but since adjusting it has stayed up fine!

nana: I believe the picture showed this being stuck on the wall. Well I did just that and the strips are stuck solid. It was cheap paneling and when I tried to remove the strip some of the paneling was coming off. Now I have it on an old carpet and I bet if I tried to remove it will pull some of the carpet with it.. Bottom line- if you want to use this buy a cheap scatter rug to put it on.
