David: Bought these twice and will again. A great addition to oatmeal, cookies, cakes, stir fry, and salads. Also a pleasant snack with walnuts. The tart flavor makes just a few go a long way.

Elizabeth Duckworth: I used this a few times for making Scones. Its so fresh and moist I really don't have to soak them first, For my regular scone recipe which makes one eight inch round or two- 5 inch rounds, for my "extra additions" I add one half teaspoon baking powder to my dry ingredients, 1/4 teaspoon almond powder and then cut in 2/3 stick of cold butter, use a pastry cutter till the butter is about the size of peas. Then add 1/3 cup chopped cherries and a small handful of white chocolate chips, mix, then add 1/2 cup of milk with 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (in the milk) mix with a wooden spoon, turn out on to a lightly floured surface and give the dough and couple of light kneads, (not much because you don't want a tough dough. If you need more moisture add more milk (one teaspoon at a time). Brush with with a bit of cream before baking, I also sprinkle my (unbaked) scones with a few shakes of crystal sugar. Amazon has a pre-made flour mix (with the baking powder in it) it's called Garveys and comes in a six pack, it's quite good. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
