This replaced our old trusty air fryer and I did a lot of research prior to pulling the trigger on this item. Glad I did. We love the dual baskets which are also very easy to clean. Unit is simple to operate and does a fantastic job with every food we've prepared with it from fries to chicken wings. Great all around!

After about 1 month of use the display screen started flickering while adjusting settings. Then it got to where you had to tap the screen with one hand to read the settings. Now, it will not come on at all. So disappointed in this product. Update - Contacted the company, they sent me a replacement unit. Works great/exactly as designed to do. Very happy with the product and their professional resolution of the previous problem.

Pros: This air fryer is big! I love the two cooking chambers, and use them both simultaneously way more often than I anticipated.
Super easy to clean with a brush and some soap in the sink.
Cons:
Max temp: 400* F
I have to state about the product is the touch screen buttons can be a bit "touchy." Sometimes it doesn't receive my touches just right.
Temperature when increasing will hit 400* and then go to 200*, then you have to click back the other direction to 400* - Not a huge thing, but we're nitpicking here.
