James E Stevens: I love a good birria but just don't have the time or patience to go through that long list of peppers and spices needed to get great flavor. I gave this a shot and boy am I glad. It was easy to prepare in the crock pot - just add the chuck roast and rub the paste all over it and add a little tomato juice for moisture and let her cook slow and low. I did end up adding some finishing touches with salt and pepper but that's to be expected of any marinade. Then I fired up some tacos with cheese and dipped them into some consume and it was definitely fire. Quick and easy and all of the flavor you'd expect.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I did what someone here in the reviews suggested for the slow cooker… 2.5lb Chuck roast, 4 tbsp adobo birria and 4 cups water. I did add 1 cup of beef broth. It made 27 birria tacos and there was enough left over to make birria ramen. Used corn tortillas, 2 balls of the Oaxaca cheese, chopped onions and cilantro.

Taryn: This marinade make’s amazing birria tacos. The instructions are pretty vague, but I followed some of the other reviews and used about a half jar for a 3 lb roast and it turned out great.

JR: I received this product completely compromised. It leaked during shipment and the seals were completely open. I cant even use it as it arrived open. I went to try to return it, and it’s ineligible!!
