KB: After an initial breakin of a day, my chair glides smoothly. It is true to size, color matches the pictures, and looks like it is well made. The mat does move a little bit (about as much as the carpet mats do) but I'd rather have that then glue or tape it down to the floor; not sure how good this hardwood finish is.

Christopher Soong: Used this on a hardwood laminate floor in my room, chair moves smoothly on it. Doesn't scrunch up and rarely budges when pressing down hard on the chair while moving it. Corners stick up/curl a bit after unboxing but all you have to do is put some weighted object on the edge for about a day and it's fixed.
