AliciaAlicia: When I say using this slip lead leash made a night and day difference it really did. I noticed improvements the same day using it. I love the ease of use. Very simple. I did watch a video to prepare me on how to use it. ( And I advise you to if your looking into purchasing to better understand how I use the leas leash. Too many reviews bashing it and I'm sure no instructions were used.)I've used a harness, the collar with the rubber. prongs(which I personally felt bad using), and various other leashes and collars. This keeps it so his nose is not two far from the ground. And it really gives my wrist an ultimate break from pulling. I used to have to give the leash to my partner when my wrist fatigued from walking. He pulled a decent amount I would say.
Now I've noticed that hs tracks my movements and we actually walk together now. I also fee like since the leash is shorter I have more control over my pup. Overall I'm a happy camper.
Whoever says they can get it cheaper. Do just that. It will be more for me to have once mine wears out which just about everything does. Defiantly will be purchasing another.
Anyway. I'm happy my pup, Louis is happy on the walkies...

Maugham: We haven't used it yet, but it did arrive in good condition and very quickly. Seems to be very well made. I think you can get very similar products at about half the price but this one seems to be very good. You have to look up videos on YOuTube for instructions on using it and an explanation of the "figure eight" application of the leash - but that's easy enough. It would have been easy enough for them to either include these instructions with the leash or a web address explaining how to use it. The figure eight application involves a little ring on the leash - I didn't know what that was for when I first opened it. So - a good training lead but a) a little pricey and b) could use a little bit of instruction with it. Finally, the video of Cesar using the leash with several different sized dogs is OK - except these dogs are already trained to the leash. I would like to see HOW they were trained to the leash.

Nicole spainhower: So far really happy with the leash, just wish it was a little longer. On Cesar’s show it always looks like the leash he uses is longer. However, this has worked pretty well in training our reactive dog. Definitely have more control with this leash than I did with his old harness.
