Jan: Received the box, the ring for the lotion dispenser was missing so that's totally useless. I got the chrome part of the toothbrush holder, but it's too big for any of the 3 cups they sent. Trying to directly contact the seller to get this item sent out is nearly impossible. It's probably too expensive for what it is, however I did not have any problems with the toilet brush that others seem to have had.
