HeatherHeather: The helmet tightens everywhere but these obnoxious spots on either side of the helmet. You can tighten it, but once it is on their head, it loosens right away. No matter how I tightened it with the chin strap, it just loosens. I have no idea if it is even meant to tighten there so maybe it is user error? The little manual that comes with it doesn’t mention this part of the helmet. If you tighten just the chin strap, it is perfectly fine. So maybe this will help someone realize also that it doesn’t need to be tightened on these ends? No idea, honestly. But I think that may be the case. Just wish there were better instructions on the description and the little manual that comes with it.
