Sylvia USylvia U: Die Klappe ist von guter Qualität nur leider leider sind meine beiden Katzen sehr schlauer als der Hersteller der Klappe vermutlich glaubte. Die einseitige Verringerung umgehen die beiden indem sie mit ihren Pfoten und Krallen die Klappe zu sich ziehen und so trotzdem raus kommen (Bei der Einstellung "nur rein ") . Deshalb bringt mir die Einstellung nur rein oder nur raus leider nichts. Für den Einbau wollte ich keine Wand oder das Fenster beschädigen und habe deshalb von außen eine Plexiglasscheibe mit Magnetband angebracht um dort dann die Klappe eingebaut. Das Fenster lässt sich so noch schließen und die Rollläden kann man auch noch ganz herunter lassen. Außerdem lässt sich alles wieder rückstandslos entfernen (falls man mal auszieht oder in Mietwohnungen kein Fenster oder Mauerwerk verändern darf.

LeMoyne: Got this to put in our shed door for the sweetest old guy cat that we nursed back to health a couple of months ago. He can't come in the house due to our guys so got this as a way for him to stay warm and comfy inside. Think he is suffering from kitty dementia becuz he will only go in thru it with a gentle nudge. Unfortunately never on his own. Comes out on his own though after food and a nap. Good door. Would recommend.

DARLENE EMERY: My husband built structuring around the door and installed it into the bedroom window. Works great, first day the cat was in and out of it. Swings easy with a magnetic catch to hold it closed when not in use.
Has a lock if you prefer to lock it, for whatever reason.

Glenn Green: MOUNTED THIS DOOR GOING INTO A COVERED PATIO. HAD TO GO THRU PLYWOOD, SHEET ROCK & 2" STUCCO. FITMENT IS GREAT AND SECURES NICELY. DO NOT THINK THIS DOOR WOULD WORK WELL IF EXPOSED TO DIRECT WEATHER BUT FOR MY NEEDS IM VERY HAPPY WITH IT. APPROXIMATELY 5" GAP FROM INSIDE TO OUTSIDE WHICH I FILLED WITH ARTIFICIAL GRASS. LOOKS GREAT. WHAT I DONT LIKE IS THE LOCKING FEATURE. I PREFER A SINGLE MECHANISM INSTEAD OF 2....JUST MY OPINION.

FunnyFarm: I wanted a door to put at my basement door to lock cats downstairs when needed or let them come and go as desired. It was easy to install, didn't take much time. Some of my cats use it and like to play with the flapper. I do have problems with the locking part. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't . Suppose to slide the locks to decide if you want it to lock or just one direction lock. It doesn't work correctly as it shows . Little disappointed it doesn't do what I needed it to do. I am going to put my own turn type lock that I manually with turn when I want it locked and unlocked.

-TC--TC-: The door is a little hard to push, so it took him a little while to get used to it, but he does go in and out. The lock is worthless, it's just a pin on one side to stop it from swinging in and the other for out. If it had a pin on both sides for each direction, it would at least stop him for pushing it in and going through. I don't need it locked, so that's not a big deal, but an even slightly determined cat can get through it when it's "locked". But, if you don't need it to lock, it's a good power door and looks nice when installed
