Dustin: I have several small breed long-haired dogs, they require quite a bit of maintenance as far as grooming. I've tried several Clippers over the years and none of them have done as well as these have. My only issue is the blade does seem to wear out quite quickly. But for this price you can't really go wrong especially if you have a single pet that requires grooming, however if you have several long haired dogs expect to need to sharpen and repair the blade quite often.
