Maureen: I have two 6 week old foster kittens. The previous “wand” toy I had was only able to accommodate one kitten at a time. This cat dancer allows the girls to lay together. They are so fun to watch. Thank you cat dancer.

lucy: Good product overall. Sturdy wand, thick fabric strip that starts a little under an inch wide & tapers. Colors & pattern are different than pictured which is why I deducted a star. I specifically picked this color & pattern for my cat with poor eyesight. Luckily the wand that arrived had colors & an off checkered pattern she can see.

Kunde: Diese Katzenangel habe ich schon mehrfach gekauft und wegen der abgebildeten Farbe auch hier etwas teurer erstanden. Die erste Lieferung war wie abgebildet, in der 2. Lieferung kam eine echt hässliche Farbe. Echt schade, dann hätte ich sie preiswerter bei meinem Futterlieferanten kaufen können. Aber sie hält wirklich ewig, die Katzen finden das Teil super und es bekommt keine Macken und Gebrauchsspuren, die die Tiere verletzen könnten.

ParmaViolets: I bought this toy nearly a year ago in May 2014 to help entertain four mischievous two month old kittens and mum cat. In June 2014 I took one of the kittens home (who is now a pretty large one year old cat) and introduced him (along with the cat charmer toy) to our even larger 2 year old male cat.

As you can imagine, this toy has not had an easy life. It has come up against multiple sets of teeth and claws (often at once) and they have definitely not been gentle. While the handle is covered in chew marks (the kittens enjoyed giving it a good gnaw when they were teething), nearly a year later the toy is still in great shape. The end of the material is a little stretched, but this may be because of us tying knots into it or attaching other toys to the end rather than from the cats. It's very durable - after 11 months of use, by kittens and then adult cats, there have been no tears or fraying at all. The material of the toy is also very long, much longer than I was expecting it to be from the pictures - this makes it great for use with more than one cat.

Most importantly, our boys LOVE this toy. Our older cat was never really interested in cat toys before I brought this...

.oOo.: My cat has a lot of mental energy & aggressive drive, & she gets bored with really toys fast. She's hard to buy for because once she's figured a toy out, she stops playing with it altogether, & she wants to move on to something else more challenging. And when I bought her one of these for Christmas this year - she finally found one.

I had a feeling my cat would like this, but I didn't realize how much or for how long. She plays longer with this Cat Charmer than she does with anything else she has (with the one exception of her TurboScratcher) - at perhaps 45-90 minutes per play session. My arms tire out, before she does. She is an indoor cat & a redomesticated feral stray who really needs a good outlet for aggressive energy & apartment boredom, & she's found one in this toy. Whenever she sees it, she wants to play with it. If I dance around the room with it like that Red Hot Chili Peppers video "Give It Away Now" - she is awestruck & goes wild. She chases it in the air, over the floor, across the furniture, & it is a long time before she ever gets bored. For her, that is a real change of pace. This toy may be great for inspiring exercise...
