EMP: Very easy to read in the daytime or with goog lighting. One of the best digital displays (among all the other G-Shocks I own). Hands don't have lume so they're a tad hard to see at night using the night light.
I like the size and the beveled hands. Set up is relatively easy - just like any other G-Shock). It's a big watch and overall a very nice watch.

Jesse R.: I always wanted this style of watch and now that I have it I like it even more. The only exception is the night light you have a hard time seeing the hands and the display, forget about it. You can't see it at all . Day time no problems. They should have made hands and digits luminous and back-lit the display.

Busarob: This watch is over all a nice watch. It is sturdy and comfortable. It looks and feels like it is quality made. The only things I don’t like about G Shock watches are that they usually paint the second hand and the big hand the same color as the face of the watch. Also the lights aren’t bright enough and when you use the light you can’t see the hands because they are blended into the face of the watch making it hard to see what time it is. But I am addicted to G Shock watches and will continue buying them. This watch they didn’t paint the hands the same color as the face but the lights they use still makes it hard to tell what time it is, but I like the watch over all. I’d buy it again.

Jeff: Purchased this to replace my cheap Windriver watch from Mark’s Work Warehouse. The Mark’s watches seem to stop working within a year or two. And although they have a 10 year warranty it’s a pain to always be replacing them. Thought I’d spend some more money for a better watch. I can’t comment yet on how long this one will work for as I’ve only had it for a couple months. So far so good. What my low rating is for is the fact that there is no second hand, and the minute and hour hands are so thick that when they are in certain positions you can’t read the digital displays behind them. The cheap Mark’s watches hands were hollowed out so you could always see the digital displays. This one is more comfortable than my previous ones and more water resistant but because of the issues I mentioned I will not be purchasing again. I’ll go back to the cheapies.

PA: The watch is ok, the instructions are so small that you need a glass to read them. The item was listed a new. The copy I received was definitely not new. Was a showcase demo or a return! Not what I am used to with Amazon.

Bruno: In the past 3 months, I broke about 5 or 6 watches on construction sites and was spending from 50$ to 80$ on everyone of them. I bought my first Gshock back in July, used it every single day, from tasks like simply running or doing heavy underground pipes repairs, I "accidentaly" let a 1 1/2 inch black steel pipe fall on it (about 75-125 pounds) and there is no signs of anything wamti g to break. It is full of oils, dust, rust(from the pipes, not the acrual watch) and it works as if it were out of the box. Love it and recommend it
