PousTriam: A tasty, filling breakfast drink. I add a 4 oz frozen extra-strength coffee cube, 10 oz. cold almond milk, and another 4 oz frozen cube -- this one of water. Whiz it all up in the blender. Quick, yummy, plus a good AM protein zap. Sometimes we add 2T powdered peanut butter. That blends in perfectly for additional healthy protein.
