art vendor: nothing fancy here, but both cats love it and use it daily. doesn't last long but it's cardboard so I don't think any of these do. great price, simple and does what we needed. recommend!

DYG: Bought one for my Mom's cats and one for my Mother-in-Law's cat. They all love this thing to scratch, lounge, poke paws at the nose and pawprint at the back. Had bought another kind and they're not interested in that one. This one is definitely worth it and has 3 scratch pads included. Cats love to think they're "invisible" peering out behind the cardboard face.

Foxgirl83: My cat loves to scratch in it and chew on the ears on the outside. It did take a while to get here and was pricey for cardboard.

Char, The (Mostly) Happy Shopper: My cats like to scratch things. They really aren't picky as to what but the couch has always been the favored spot. Their last cardboard scratcher had finally met its demise so it was time for a replacement. I saw this and ordered it. When it arrived I prepared for the regular indifference from my cat community. I unwrapped it and set it down. A quick sniff and they walked over to the couch and dug in, wide and innocent eyes looking in my direction. With a steady hand, I reached over and grabbed the catnip packet that it came with. I shook it. Everyone became still, even the dog. Attention all on me, I took my time opening it. Tales were twitching. I smiled. I opened the packet and slowly tipped its contents onto the scratcher. A flurry of movement as they all ran towards me, well, except for the dog. He just yawned, grabbed his bone and retreated to his bed, no longer interested in what was going down. I'm happy to report that the scratcher is now the place to be. The couch has gotten yet another well deserved rest. All is right in the home. For now.....
