Hans-Ulrich Schubert: Der Ball entspricht genau meinen Vorstellungen. Leider ist die Nachlieferung für den 2. Ball von der Post zurückgeschickt worden, da mein Urlaub länger war als die Wartefrist! Schade.
Nach der Benutzung mit klarem Wasser abspülen und er klebt nicht mehr.

fiddlemuse: Bought the green...nice feel and just the right amount of resistance. I also use it to roll down my forearm from the wrist;all sides,to break up lactic acid after exertion. Works well and is neither harsh to the feel nor slippery. I recommend it!

Sassy and Oliver: I have arthritis in my hands, and this ball is helping strengthen them. I bought the medium (green ball). Love the feel of this; it feels like gel. I was worried about which ball to choose, but the green one is "not" too hard for my poor hands to squeeze.
