RochelleYork: Easy to use and lightweight. Tried it at my Smart Phone and the thing went crazy, in the red. Pointed at the kitchen table and it went green. Pointed it at the frig, and went into the red zone (cheap, not low energy frig). Then pointed it at the radio and it went to red.

It really knows what puts out a lot of EMFs and what does not.

Amazon Customer: It is a very good meter. Don't move around a lot! Take stable and fixed readings. Calibration is a great feature! The charge seems to last a good while-USB is great! Needs only 2 things to make it clearly the best for the money. 1-a light to let you know it is charging while it is off. 2 A max or hold button to see the highest reading! If it had those 2 things it would easily be 5 stars! Otherwise, it is a very good product. I bought it to test cell phone EMF blocking case, microwave, smart meter etc. Works good! I am pleased!

Al: I cannot assess the accuracy - since I don't have a standard to compare it against - however it seems to work well. It is easy to setup, and I confirmed (as others have noted) that it picks up the power from a running microwave oven. I presume it is not measuring the microwaves, and just the RF emissions from the microwave motor - but who knows. This meter showed I need to be around 10 feet away from the running microwave to avoid any exposure to RF emissions. It also picked up emissions from the Router, and running laptop, and running hotpot. The TV was actually
pretty good (no emissions of note). So i like this tool/meter. Very easy to use - and useful to gauge the extent of the emissions from various appliances.

Charles Dibenedetto: It’s seems to work well but I’m not sure if it performs as well as it should. I tested this meter on a lot of different things like WiFi, microwaves, cell phones, and power lines. I’ll tell you right now it doesn’t detect Anything until your close by especially WiFi signal. Power lines like transmission lines i could probably get about 200 feet away and that’s when the meter will start detecting its power. I understand this is not a high priced meter and you might get what you pay for but if anyone else has used this meter let me know if your experiences!

Ken: I liked this product because it worked very well, was inexpensive, and it recharges via usb (a big plus - no batteries). The main reason I bought this product was to test the EMF’s of my household appliances. We recently upgraded our kitchen with an induction stove top and I’ve read many controversial opinions regarding the safety of induction cooking. I recorded safe readings within a foot of the range, which is what I had hoped for. The tester worked flawlessly.
My biggest surprise was when I stood about 5 feet ( behind a wooden door) from the microwave oven and still received hazardous readings !! I’ve never been a worry wart about radiation. It’s just good to know how far to stand away from devices so as to limit one’s exposure over time.
