Amazon Customer: I swear by these pans to everyone I know. I love the durability, the ability to use it in the oven, and the easy clean. I can use whatever abrasive I want on this pan set and I don't have to worry about it being destroyed.

If you haven't cooked on stainless steel before, it does take practice. Food sticks if you don't heat it up enough or don't use enough fat. But that's FINE because you can always hit it with a steel wool scrubby and then it looks like new again.

Amanda: Great pans overall. If you have an issue with stickiness, you need to research how to properly use stainless steel cookware. I cook eggs over easy just about every day and they never stick. These pans are so easy to clean. Someone caught my pan on fire and it cleaned up almost like new sans some minor discoloration from it getting too hot. If these pans can withstand that, they can handle anything.

Ali: This cookware is not only beautiful, but the food tastes outstanding. I'd recommend googling how to cook with and maintain stainless steel beforehand though, and just be cautious the first few times you use them. If the pans get too hot, they can discolor. Also, if there is any residue or food spillage on your cooktop, it can burn onto the bottoms. I like having a gentle non-abrasive cleaner like bar keepers helper or bon ami on hand for those tough spots, it works great! Also, a vinegar and water spray will keep them shiny!

MS Tommie: I’ve been thru 3 sets of Pots and pans before buying this set(this is the first set I saw,but didn’t buy) Soo happy I revisited this brand. It’s nonstick ( first time using it I forgot to turn off the boiler) I was afraid I had ruined it… No. it cleaned up nicely back to its original appearance. I L❤️VE THESE POTS & PANS! Buy them.. buy them… Buy Them! You will not be disappointed. Also before I could make it home from work my husband had opened the box and used the smaller boiler… he called me about yet Another package 📦 at the door ,(but I noticed he wasn’t gripping this time ) seems he’s finally happy with a purchase I’ve made

Natasha O!: I’m tired of being grossed out by non stick skillets as they age. Nothing ever browns , it just doesn’t feel like cooking. I also needed inspiration to cook more at home and stop my restaurant delivery orders that I can’t afford. I saw this set on sale and I started researching stainless steel cookware. My research kept leading me back to this set and it’s current very fair sale price. So I stopped obsessing and bought the cookware.
Gorgeous out of the box. Before I used I watched some iTunes videos in order to learn cooking with Stainless steel. Lots of good videos that inspired me to cook again. I’m glad I watched because I didn’t want to ruin the cookware on my first day. I used my new frying pan to sear Salmon Filets with their skin. Oh, to see food brown again! I forgot what it’s like to cook. The salmon was browned perfectly on outside and as tender as poached salmon on the inside.
It was not as easy to clean as non stick but had I not watched the videos it would have been a disaster. I did get my pan back to its shiny new state however. It’s a learning curve, it’s not intuitive yet but I’m willing to learn a lot of tips to try while watching more...

Melissa: Me encantaron están algo pesadillas, para que no se te pegue la comida solo tienes que hecharle un chorrito chiquito de aceite y dejarlo calentar hasta que empieza a salir un poquitín de humo desparramas el aceite por todo el sartén y listo igual antes de usar puedes buscar videos de cómo puedes curar tus sartenes para que te duren mucho más, ya tengo varios meses usándolas y estoy enamorada

Roberto Samuel Salazar Gómez: The media could not be loaded.  Una bonita batería de cocina, referente a los sartenes, fue una experiencia de aprendizaje con errores y aciertos, no es tan fácil cocinar en sartenes de acero inoxidable, pero después un tiempo de aprendizaje se puede cocinar de maravilla sin que se queme o se pegue la comida.
Curar el sartén, precalentar, porción de aceite correcto y cocinar con el fuego adecuado, todo tiene su tiempo y función. 
Sin duda alguna una grandiosa batería con sus sartenes, una gran experiencia y mucho aprendizaje, hoy disfruto cocinar con la batería y sartenes calphalon classic
PD: ha veces se mancha los sartenes pero con cuidado correcto se puede evitar.

Roman Sidelnikov: Received the package on time, and was at first happy to see everything has arrived safely, but after matching the lids to the pots and pan I discovered that the lids don't sit tight on the pans, there is a few millimeters gap between them. I have other Calphalone utensils previously purchased from amazon.com a few years ago and there the lids sit tight. For the price we had paid this is nonsense.

Update: black stains after first use, very low-quality steel. Disgrace.
