Erin Swanson: Where to begin? I had the WORST clogged ducts and I was repeatedly getting them every week or so. After spending all night in pain while Googling, I came across Cabo Creme. While a little pricey, it is WORTH IT! I apply when I'm feeling extra engorged and it eliminates clogged ducts and any pain I'm experiencing. I also recently used it for weaning and it worked wonders. I would apply when I dropped a pumping session and it helped with engorgement and pain. 10/10 would recommend.

Krista Myers: I can’t tell you if it’s the lotion, or the actual cabbage leaves I used in addition to…. Or the cold showers I took, or the tight bras…BUT I will say I used this 3-4 times a day in addition to all the other hacks and it’s day 4 and I have softies. I could not be happier! We are talking triple size melons down to large oranges and no more pain! I had been dealing with engorgement for days trying to wean off pumping- and this was the icing on the cake to a end to a painful journey.

I really think the lotion was a huge success! Don’t hesitate and just buy it!

Marjorie: Get this product if you are wanting to wean semi fast. I was on day 7 of cutting weaning off pumping, i and cut 2 pump sessions by the time i started this and was still producing normal amount and needed my longer sessions, when i started this i was in a lot of pain from engorgement and still needed to pump a lot. The cream not only works fast, but takes the pain away quickly too and allowed for me to skip sessions or reduce them to pumping for relief only - same day. I also wore a sports bra when I applied it per directions. Within 48 hours, i didn’t have pump in the morning and may be able to be fully weaned by the end of the day. The bottle goes fast, its a good size for 48 hours of use (i applied 3-4 times a day) if i didn’t start to wean a week earlier i May have needed more.

Khushbu Mistry: I had to wean off BF very fast due to an illness but this cream didn’t work for me. It helped with engorgement sometimes but I’d need to apply a lot. It also stings a little and for the price I found it was better for me to try other options.
What finally worked for me was a combination of fresh mint tea and increasing time between pumps by an hour each day.
