It’s very easy with plug and play practicality the one drawback is that it doesn’t do well near desk edges. Since it’s so light weight it won’t restrain the cable from straightening and will try to fall off, sometimes loosening the contacts in the process.

This item worked fine to attach a Mac Mini to a VGA flatscreen monitor. I figured for the few extra dollars it was worth to future proof with the HDMI since most of my newer monitors have this connector and this way you can avoid getting yet another connector.

Tot nu toe heb ik alleen gebruik gemaakt van de dvi optie en die werkt prima. Ik gebruik het op een bureau setting en de connectie beweegt niet.

Love this product! My laptop only has a mini-displayport on it but I frequently need to connect to HDMI or VGA projector. I use this several times a week and it has worked flawlessly over the last 6 months. If I could pick one improvement it would be to add a audio out on the unit. Although my laptop has a 3.5mm so it isn't a big deal but I have seen laptops without headphone jacks and that would be a nice addition. That being said absolutely a great buy.
