I use them for my druid spell cards but they fit any 5e cards in them.

Steve: Brought for a friend who plays DND.
He loved it, seemed well made.

skm_pdx: So happy with the size and quality! Holds my D&D sorcerer's spell cards well and they're easy to reference. I like the size - it fits well along side my 5"x8" campaign notebook. The cover is a fake leather type material that is super flexible and the cord also appears to be a fake leather. Seems durable and I look forward to using it for lots of game play.

Cristian Vallecchia: Da giocatore di DnD non potevo farne a meno. Ottima fattura, molto capiente e le carte vuote al suo interno sono utilissime.

CraigCraig: Very nice spellbook. Fits the official D&D spellcards very nicely. Lovely feel to the leather as well and is built very sturdy. Comes with more than enough dryerase cards for magic items etc.
Unfortunately with the one sent to me it has damage to the dragon pendant and the cord. Almost looks like it has been exposed to high heat.
Also the cord is not long enough, the age attached is as far as it will go so mine is always loose.

Duc of Daxony: This "spellbook" is surprisingly well-made compared to a lot of other options available--especially for the cost. The dragon pendant that holds it closed is surprisingly detailed and well-cast. The faux leather is convincing. The only caveat here is the deck of 63 cards. They are not properly "dry erase." Sadly, since they were intended as dry erase they also will not take ink from a standard gel pen very well and smears badly. Perhaps if you were VERY careful you could use them, but I doubt it would be worth the effort. This is an excellent option for use with standard spell cards--but not a great option if you want to write your own spells on the cards provided. Even so, I would still recommend it. I just wish they would've included cards with a regular finish.

Non-Bias: I got these to be different as the look was appealing and remains so.
Cover appears solid and is not easy to tear, this was tested by my child by accident. Cover is faux leather and I only mention that if you had expectations of it being real cow hide.
The string, looks nice with the dragon on the end, but I can see where its starting to tatter in only a couple months of use. If there was something to fail for you, it will likely be the string that acts as your lock.
As a DM you cannot expect to fit a full set of Arcane spell cards in here, but for a player, its perfect in carrying the cards you need for your session.
You cannot add card slots, unless you fabricate a solution yourself running the risk of permanently damaging the case. Possibly someone who dabbles in plastics / leathers has a press that can re-bind it, but for 99.9% of us, that's not going to happen.
Buy two and you should be fine, if you are a DM, get something bigger, like a 3 ring binder.

Tiffani: This book is very nice. The string that wraps around is the usual type of waxed string you find with leather products, the dragon charm is metal and has nice detail for how small it is, and the leather is soft and crafted nicely.
The pockets inside have a matte finish to them and there's almost enough to fit every warlock spell card from both the arcane and xanathar decks. I had 3 cards left out after sticking my learned spells at character level 3 in a different and smaller pocket book. At higher levels I won't have any problem having all the cards in both books. Right now I stuck three elemental spells in one pocket, and since the sleeves are slightly bigger than the cards, I'm not really worried about the pocket stretching too much.
Overall very nice. I have no complaints. The book does have a noticeable leather smell to it but it's not overpowering and the smell goes away after a while. As expected with all leather products.
