The measurement is hard to see as this item is actually see through and not a solid colour as the picture suggests.
It's on the thinner side.

Jake: It was worth the price I paid for it. It's not for rugged use but will serve my purposes of a lap flat surface to take notes at meetings. The color is definitely PINK! But then, my husband won't steal it from me.

knk88: I purchased this because I have a tiny cell of a room that is too small to fit a proper desk in without playing inordinate amounts of furniture tetris. I have a folding side table thing, the kind one eats TV dinners off of whilst sitting on the couch, and I use that as a laptop stand. It works well but the laptop leaves no space for me to do paperwork on the table! So I bought this because it was cheaper than buying a new folding table and because I was too lazy to wrestle a desk into my room.

I like that is has a (surprisingly sturdy!) low-profile clip hinge rather than a huge ugly metal piece at the top. It gives the clipboard a much more streamlined look and takes up less space when I want to take it to class with me. The sides of the board also double as rulers: the left side is a 30cm ruler and the right is a 10.5 inch ruler. Very handy!

I find myself using this a lot more than I thought I would. Originally I intended to use it just at home, but I've been taking it to school lately and find that it is a lot more comfortable to write on than the dinky little swingtop desks that fold down to the sides of the chairs. Definitely good when you've got to furiously...
