F. Carver: This insect coloring book is also a good book to read to my child so that he learns more about the insects he is so fascinated with right now. He has shown more interest in coloring the illustrations since he loves bugs so much. It has helped him to advance his coloring technique which will help him in school too.

Sharon Carlino: Highly recommend this book! My 2 year old daughter was a big fan of the first of this series, the Dinosaur Coloring book. And she has taken a great interest in bugs, too! So, I knew this would be a hit! I love the quality and texture of the cover, and durability of the pages. The Dino one has held up very well, despite how she tends to mistreat her books! The pictures are big and fun for coloring. I think this book is great for kids of all ages (adults too). Katie’s style of writing is easy for children to understand, keeps them interested and has really fun facts! I myself have learned plenty! I ended up buying 2 more of the Dino books as gifts for a some friend’s children. And I’ll be doing the same for this one. It’s never bad to have a spare leaving around- makes a great gift, and why not at less than $8? Can’t wait for the next one, what will it be about?!! Maybe... the cosmos? Farm animals? Flowers? Hmmmmmm
