Hannah Rose: I’ve been using this alarm clock for a few years now and I’d have to say it works perfectly. I was born hearing impaired and never can trust myself to wake up to a regular alarm clock with sound. I love how you are able to adjust the brightness and can choose to have volume and vibration or just vibration. I will say that the volume is extremely loud and would definitely be able to wake up a hearing impaired person.

Tina Long: The media could not be loaded.  This product was really important to me because I am very hard to wake up and I don't want to lose my job for being late to work so I thought this would be the perfect alarm clock I ordered it the first time I used it worked great I went to use it the second time and it had no sound I went to use it the third time and use just the bed shaker and hope that would work and it wouldn't even turn on I plugged it in and got no power no nothing in Amazon says that my return window is closed I didn't get it returned by October 7th so I'm stuck with it I work too much to be going to UPS Store in crap like that I'm really disappointed and I don't know if I'll ever order anything from Amazon again complete and total junk do not buy from them they'll sell you junk in and act like they do free returns and they don't do any such thing they screw you out of your money and that is a fact

Carolyn: EDIT: I contacted the support email that was given with the product and they were very helpful with replacing my product. I chose the option of receiving a new one without sending back my old one and the new one works perfectly! I can finally wake up in the morning again. The old one was probably just faulty.

This product worked fine at the beginning. I am hard of hearing AND a deep sleeper. The bed shaker always worked for me. However, after some time, I noticed that the product started to malfunction. Time on the clock started getting slower and slower. At some point, the time was 12 hour behind. I am so disappointed in this product because it was going so well at first, and now I can't even use it
