Saundra Henderson: The AC cover is very nice. Durable material and well constructed; however, it is too large. I think I need a shorter one. The measurements written on the AC Base are 32x32x3, so I assumed the three meant 36", so I I ordered and received a 32x32x36, but it is too large. I think I need a 32x32x28 for a better fit. I have not used the cover and would like to return it, but do not know where to send it. Once I have someone help me measure the AC unit for the correct measurements, I would definitely like to return it for one just like it in the correct size. Could you please advise what my next step should be. Thank you for all your help in this matter.
