Krystel: The product is not bad, do the work. Kinda expensive for the size though. I have a big German Sheperd of only 4 months and he covers all of the pad. No much space for him.

Cherie N Tsai: so i tested it out... dont care for the grass, i used it and tossed it
my dog's been using the disposable pad
so i replaced the fake grass with the pad
and i love it
the tray helps keeping pee from running outside the area
u can always buy more fake grass but i find it easier to use pad
this tray is well thought out and well made... good size and easy to clean
put in ur tube and just spray and soap and spray let dry and put it back

Lilew: I live in a high rise apartment building and my dog was trained to use wee wee pads. I put turf grass pad out on the balcony. Initially she didn't like using it, so I started putting a wee wee pad on top. Eventually she got used to it. Some of the turf has already frayed and I only washed it twice. Easy to wash. Turf dries pretty quickly.

Amazon Customer: Ended up throwing away the carpet... tried to wash it multiple times and it keeps a smell.. dog didn’t want to go at some point.... removed the carpet and replaced it with pee pads and it s much easier

Heather Rand: I had a very difficult time trying to clean feces out of the “grass” portion of this item. While I loved the idea, I find it too difficult to clean. I’ve just ended up using puppy pads and removing the “grass” from the unit altogether.

Zachary I.: My dog had a bad habit of peeing at the very edge of his pee pads, which would basically turn into me having to clean up pee all day off the floor and thee pads themselves. No training was needed, we placed this pad down, and my dog took to it with no issues. Buy extra grass pads, at least 1 so you can interchange them between cleaning/drying time. With only one grass pad we still have to resort to putting normal pee pads in place while we wait for the pad to dry. you can get those only through the direct site, unless someone has found them on here.

I just want them to sell extra grass mats through amazon instead of just their main site, that'd be great.

Rebecca: There were quite a lot of mixed reviews for this potty pad. I think puppy training in itself is quite difficult, but I have had a good experience thus far! I wish the size was slightly bigger but it did match the dimensions. Our little 4 month old pug had no problems peeing on it! She still poops occasionally not on the mat nor outside. I live in an apartment so when I’m away I keep it indoors, when I’m home and don’t have time to take them out while working I’ll let her use it on the patio. Yes, it gets a little stinky after about three days, as does anything with potty on it so it’s very easy to just wash off! Hassle free. We’ve enjoyed it!

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: For a turf pad, this works well! The grass is soft to the touch and much darker than the photo, the insert and bottom pan are well designed. It’s a good size for puppy potty training. I will say with regular puppy pees only, it really started to smell on our porch after about 4 days so you will have to consistently dump and rinse - the bottom 2 pieces clean easy but I can’t seem to get the “pee smell” totally out of the turf. We rinse it and soap the bottom and rinse with vinegar but it still smells a little.

UPDATE: after 2 months having it on the porch for pees only - it really smells even after cleaning it once a week, we started putting puppy pads under the turf and that is easier to throw away and replace more often but the grass itself is holding onto the pee smell now... considering buying a replacement turf pad
