Khrys Dixon: I really enjoyed reading this novel and the previous ones. I started the Beginning of Sorrows series first. I must say I haven't read novels this riveting since the Left Behind series. Thanks and kudos to the author and staff! My 4-star rating is attributed to the fact that the characters never (almost never) or would hardly ever be the right phrase, called on the name of Jesus when involved in scrimmages or before going into battle or when in tight situations or even stopped for prayer before going into battle. During those parts I found myself thinking why aren't they praying or calling on the name of Jesus because we all know the power His name yields. All in all still an exciting reading that had me on the edge of my seat. Looking forward to the next installment...

paula tyler: Mark writes the best books dealing with the apocalypse or shtf scenarios. Along the way he teaches you about practical preparedness, about money, and he shares the Word! I love his characters and the different circumstances they endure. This series is no exception, the story line is excellent and the characters strong and able. I always pre-order Marks books so I won't have to wait a minute for the next book in the series or the next series.
