Vorocon's Boat Bow LED Lighting Kit is the perfect choice for anyone looking for the best Boat Navigation Lights. This kit is easy to install, offers excellent value for money, has an incredibly bright output, and a sleek design. With the Vorocon Boat Bow LED Lighting Kit, you can confidently navigate the waters night or day.Don: The original bow light on my fishing boat required rotating it up to use at night and then down for daylight use. This was a problematic and the light would be damaged if someone stepped on it. These lights were the perfect solution since they are always out of the way and are much brighter than the original light. I did use clear RTV to seal the edges of the new light to eliminate any chance that they could come off.

Bill Ford: Most of the adhesive tape that you use to stick it on was already pulled off and destroyedThe way it was packaged is why I was like this would never buy again

chmst1999: These are unbelievably bright. I wired these on the bow and now do not use my pole light. The adhesive holds well, but enough reviews suggested that it would fail that I modified the attachment. After placing the lights using the adhesive strips on the back, I used plastic electrical staples, but replaced the small nails with small screws and then screwed one staple on each end of each light strip. This attachment was much stronger than relying only on the adhesive, and it doesn't really look all that bad on the boat. There is no way these lights will come off with this attachment system. I wish there was a pole-mounted stern light with white LED strips like these. It is almost impossible to describe how much brighter they are than the traditional pole-mounted navigation lights. If you are careful with your wiring and mounting, you won't be disappointed with these lights.

poondaco: These lights are actually a strip of LED lights with an adhesive backing. The LED's are encased in a flat plastic encapsulation very similar to a rope light, but much flatter. Each light strip is aprox 12 inches long. I used these on my 21' jet boat and I am very pleased with them. The bow on my boat flares out almost parallel to the water and I was worried that they would shine down and not project out towards the front of the boat. Believe me, it doesn't matter which way these are pointing, folks are gonna see you coming! While sitting still, they shine brightly down into the water and attract fish. The adhesive is a pretty good quality, but I made sure the fiberglass hull was good and dry before I stuck them in place. I sealed the end off with some clear silicone just to be sure, and sealed up the hole I drilled for the power wire. There are cutting marks that show you where to safely cut the lights if you want to trim them shorter. These are form fitting, and basically hidden when not in use.

delump: Highly recommended! Bright, easy to install, exactly as described, and delivered via usps one day before expected!!!!
I will buy another set in the near future. I lost a little tinkering time because of the below, but they work great and are just exactly what every boat needs! I suggest pulling out that darn pole socket and putting these on! Nothing to break or get lost, and they work like a charm!
Only three small, but note worthy recommendations.
First, the tab on the end if the LED, where the wires join, is not included in the double sided tape. Doesn't take much smarts to realize the end is likely to separate from the boat as a result - just run the double sided tape after you put the end cap together.
Second, there are absolutely no instructions. Granted it isn't brain surgery, but a novice electrician could hook the wires up backwards and presume it is broken.
Third - I also suggest you put some sort of obvious color marking on them. Had to run power to them to confirm which one was which color (red/green). If the were indicators on them I completely missed it.
Enough about the improvement suggestions - I'm not joking, I'm buying...

Mary: I’ve had these bow lights on my boat for 5 years, for the price I expected a lot less life expectancy out of them, BUT they are still holding up, and anything that can last that long with how rough on my boat I am, is a good product to me. I’ve smashed these lights into overhanging wood/trailer roller and taken the plastic sheathing clear off the one side-still work great-I did re attach the sheathing with silicone, and there still going strong, love this bow light, low profile and out of the way, very bright and visible. Great product. Thank you!
